Dong Xiyuan has been producing Chinese paintings for more than 50 years. His favorite subject matters include flowers, birds, as well as landscapes. Last Spring Festival, he should have celebrated the first 100 days of his grandson’s birth, but after witnessing the severity of COVID-19 and the role of Chinese medicine in treating the pandemic, he suddenly had an idea.
